The study used a qualitative approach, interviewing industry experts and analyzing data with NVivo software. The results show that IoT enhances real-time monitoring, AI optimizes routes dynamically, and predictive analytics support proactive maintenance. However, the adoption of these technologies is hindered by infrastructure gaps, high implementation costs, skill shortages, and fragmented regulatory frameworks. By integrating the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework and Sustainable Corporate Theory, the study provides a structured analysis of digital transformation in transportation. The findings offer valuable strategic insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders, highlighting the need for stronger regulatory support, targeted incentives, and digital infrastructure investments.
